AM) using the Starting and Finishing Time fields and the time
value to be used in the Round to Time
field (e.g., 7:00 AM).
Starting

and Minute Stop fields and the
time value to be used in the Round to
Minute field (e.g., 00).specifies the time values in minutes.
- End
of Day Round: when selected the Minute Range table is populated
with the number of minutes worked in the day. This feature is used in
conjunction with a Daily Total
rounding rule. For example: if an employee’s hours are to be rounded to
8 when the actual total falls between 7.9 and 8.1 hours per day, the Minutes Start should be set to 474 (7.9
hours = 474 minutes), the Minutes Stop
should be set to 486 (8.1 hours = 486 minutes) and the Round
to Minute should be set to 480 (8 hours). The Daily Total Rounding
rule should be configured to use this increment table.
- Minutes
To Round:
specifies the length of time, in minutes, to apply this
rounding rule. This minute range is based on the values specified in the
rounding table. Minutes to Round is normally set to 60, but can be any
number that divides 1440 evenly .
